In this way, you will motivate each other to work harder to get your desired body shape while chastising each other to not give in to those crazy cravings! This will also help you to limit eating out.
Get a routine in place
Decide a time and place for working out. Once you have it all planned out, you will be able to come up with fewer excuses to avoid exercising. Even if you don’t feel like it, decide to push yourself for a quick workout for at least two minutes. Or you can also decide to go for a 2-minute jog. Chances are that once you get up to exercise, you will end up going through the entire thing!
No matter what you do, your motivation to get a fitter body will fizzle out if you don’t see improvements and if you don’t reward yourself. So get yourself a cheat day when you can eat whatever you want. But don’t forget to get smaller portions! To control this, you can get smaller dishes for yourself at home.
Additionally, reward yourself for going through with your weight loss regimen, especially when you feel like giving up. It can be as simple as having a bar of chocolate!
But remember that you don’t need to fight against your own body to become leaner. It isn’t you verses your body. Don’t get demotivated if you don’t lose weight quickly; it takes time! Instead, appreciate the fact that your stamina is improving and your heart is getting healthier!
